DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital channels (including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
  2. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted content for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Manage social media accounts and communities, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations relevant to the brand.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas and strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as sales, design, and product development) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute specific digital marketing initiatives or projects.
  9. Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience at least 2 years working in digital marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
    3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    4. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
    6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
    7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations.
    8. Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
    9. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    10. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification) are a plus.
