Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital channels (including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted content for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage social media accounts and communities, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations relevant to the brand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas and strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as sales, design, and product development) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute specific digital marketing initiatives or projects.
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience at least 2 years working in digital marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification) are a plus.
